For this piece my idea is to show a moment of Sherlock Holmes and his friend Watson’s imagination and deep thinking.
Inspired by Sydney Paget’s 1893 drawing in The Strand Magazine for Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes story, “The Adventure of the Cardboard Box”. I hope an illustrative visual language is achieved by showing the interior of Sherlock’s room to get a feeling of his character.
